Hypopressives- Low pressure Fitness


For many women - and some men, Pelvic floor dysfunction has become not only annoying but debilitating.  The Hypopressives method prevents and in many cases can improve pelvic floor health with a few sessions.  Once the technique is learned, it can be employed and practiced on a regular basis.  I have my level 2 training in this technique and believe it is powerful tool to help keep us fit and active for ever!  Trainings are done in small groups - no more than 4 participants - and run for a 5 week course.
